ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Product Manager , you’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of core product areas that power millions of AI‑driven conversations. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to define the roadmap, drive execution, and ensure products are fast, reliable, intuitive, and worthy of becoming the industry standard. This role is highly technical with a wide scope and a direct impact on customers. You’ll work across real‑time audio, telephony workflows, agent behavior, and developer tools to build products that enable thousands of businesses to deliver faster, more reliable, and more human customer experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own customer outcomes for core product areas such as voice agent behavior, onboarding, testing, and AI‑driven automation. Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics based on customer pain, adoption, and business impact. Develop deep customer understanding by engaging with users, reviewing call transcripts, and participating in onboarding and support sessions. Author clear, outcome‑driven PRDs covering customer problems, requirements, user journeys, proposed solutions, and success criteria. Incorporate competitive and market insights into product strategy and prioritization. Partner closely with engineering to design scalable solutions while evaluating tradeoffs based on customer value, time to impact, and long‑term platform health. Work cross‑functionally with Sales, CX, and Customer Success to understand buying signals, objections, rollout blockers, and expansion drivers. Partner with design to shape end‑to‑end user experiences, including early problem framing and low‑fidelity sketches. Drive cross‑functional execution by planning, sequencing, and tracking product initiatives. Validate solutions with customers through prototypes, betas, and rapid iterations. Establish product rituals that keep the organization customer‑focused, including roadmap planning, prioritization frameworks, and clear communication of tradeoffs. YOU MIGHT THRIVE IF 5+ years of product management experience, ideally building B2B or product‑led growth products. Comfortable working in high‑velocity startup environments with ambiguity, fast iteration, and ownership. Customer‑obsessed and experienced in turning user feedback into product improvements. Strong cross‑functional collaborator who can work effectively with engineering, design, sales, and other stakeholders. Demonstrates founder‑level ownership and a bias toward action. Highly organized and execution‑oriented, with the ability to create clarity and prioritize effectively. Experience working on AI products is a plus. Voice AI experience is a strong advantage.
