Requirements Follow route assignment and drive safely Politely and graciously greet client (if home) and explain day's procedure Apply Mosquito Squad Plus 21-day Protective Barrier Treatment and other upgrades & applications as trained Notify client when complete, and expertly explain any unusual findings, and answer questions Complete all required forms accurately and on time Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition Assist in upgrading sales to current customers Qualifications Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos Write short, detailed correspondence Be able to study for and pass the Pesticide Applicator test (Tier 2), and potentially the Structural License test (Tier 1) Effectively and graciously present information to clients in one-on-one and small group settings Display Outstanding customer service skills Be a Team player Have a Safe driving record and reliable transportation Be able to comfortably carry 65lb backpack blower, often through wooded or uneven terrain Perform duties safely and effectively in various weather conditions Pass pre-employment screenings Perks Incentives Weekly Pay Company Vehicles for daily use Work outdoors Paid training and onboarding Flexible schedule available Qualifications Driver's License #J-18808-Ljbffr R2D2 Support Services
