We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician – Level 2 to join our growing operation and keep our molding, automation, and robotic equipment running at peak performance.

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Tech – Level 2, you’ll be responsible for:

• Performing skilled maintenance and repairs on injection molding presses, automation systems, assembly equipment, and robotics.
• Completing preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to identify wear, unusual noises, and potential failures.
• Troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis to drive long-term solutions.
• Supporting facility maintenance and assisting with equipment installations.
• Maintaining accurate records of repairs, PMs, and parts usage in line with company standards.
• Assisting with training and mentoring junior team members to ensure safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and equipment reliability.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Associate degree, Journeyman certification, or equivalent technical training preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes (certifications a plus).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to attend training and grow your skills.
• Personal basic tool set (specialized tools provided by the company).

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended periods (8–9) hours per shift).
• Work performed in a manufacturing environment with seasonal temperature changes.
• Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.
