Turf Teq/Spec Fab is a custom fabrication shop building everything from commercial landscaping equipment to fire truck bodies, trailer frames, stage components, and more. • Competitive starting pay of $18-$22/hr with opportunities for rapid pay increases based on performance.
• 1st Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM with flexible start times and optional overtime.
• Unlimited overtime opportunities available during busy project periods for those looking to maximize earnings.
• Work on a wide variety of fabrication projects including fire truck bodies, stage components, trailer frames, commercial equipment, and custom-built assemblies.

• Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Experience working with carbon steel ; aluminum experience is a plus
• Welding/fabrication training from LCCTC, Thaddeus Stevens , or 1-2 years of related experience preferred
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to grow within the company

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication on a variety of custom projects
• Set up welding equipment and fixtures
• Read blueprints, drawings, sketches, and engineering specifications
• Grind and finish welds to quality standards
• Build components, assemblies, and complete machines as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honey Brook, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
