Customer Service Specialist

Temp-to-Hire | FT (M-F 8am-5pm) | $20-$25/hour (DOE) | On-site in Aston, PA

Our client, a leading distributor of HVAC monitoring and security system products, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This position serves as a key point of contact for business customers, providing product support, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life of the Customer Service Specialist:

• Customer Support & Order Processing: Handle incoming calls and emails from business customers, answer product inquiries, and accurately process orders
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing timely and professional service
• Product Assistance: Assist customers with product selection, availability, pricing, and order status updates
• Data Entry & Documentation: Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including sales and operations, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
• Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

What You Will Need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a professional phone presence
• Comfortable working in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment
• Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or order entry experience preferred
• Experience working with technical products is a plus, but not required
