Investment and Capital Solutions Associate

Our AM100 client is looking to add a mid-level associate (3-6 years) to its Investment & Capital team. This is a strong opportunity to work closely with private equity clients on the structuring and execution of complex investments, particularly across real estate and private credit. The role offers a strong mix of hands‑on responsibility and exposure to sophisticated deal work, including joint ventures and pooled investment vehicles. You’ll suit this role if you have a background in general corporate or transactional work and are looking to move into a more specialized, client‑facing practice focused on investment structuring. Experience with funds, real estate, or sponsor‑side work is beneficial, but not essential. The team is growing intentionally and offers an entrepreneurial environment, high‑quality work, and non‑tedious scope for progression. Compensation: $250,000 to $350,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and full benefits package.
