Job Summary At PwC, our finance consulting specialists provide services related to financial management and strategy. The Senior Associate will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance to optimize financial performance, improve decision‑making, and achieve financial goals. Opportunity As part of the Corporate Finance and Treasury team, you will conduct thorough analysis of clients' working capital performance, develop and implement working capital management strategies, and lead related projects. You will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards. Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' working capital performance Develop and implement working capital management strategies Lead working capital management projects Analyze complex financial problems and provide solutions Mentor and guide junior team members Maintain top standards in every deliverable Build and nurture client relationships Develop a thorough understanding of the business context What You Must Have Bachelor's degree Three years of experience in one or more of the following: Consulting advising corporates on finance, cash, and working capital transformation and technology enhancements Sales or implementation of technology solutions for finance (AP/AR) and treasury areas Working directly in a corporation performing core working capital activities Working directly in a bank selling and implementing treasury and working capital solutions and products What Sets You Apart Master of Business Administration (Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, etc.) CPA, CTP or CFA preferred Managing teams to deliver cash flow and working capital strategy Conducting thorough analysis of working capital performance Implementing process improvement opportunities Utilizing data analytics tools for insights Leading working capital management projects Supporting business development activities Creating a positive team environment Travel Requirements Up to 80% Salary Range $77,000 – $202,000, with additional annual discretionary bonus. Compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
