City and State Fort Mill, South Carolina Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Millwright with a strong mechanical background to join our industrial construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in machinery installation and removal, rigging, and shutdown projects. Welding and fabrication skills are a plus. Pay Range $26-$30 per hour Responsibilities Install, dismantle, and relocate industrial machinery and equipment. Perform rigging and alignment of heavy equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems. Assist in shutdowns and turnarounds in industrial environments. Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements 5–10 years of mechanical experience in machinery installation/removal. 5–10 years of experience as a millwright or in rigging. Proven experience in industrial construction or shutdown projects. Welding and fabrication experience is a strong plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings. Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 or 30 certification. Forklift or aerial lift certification. Experience with precision alignment tools and techniques.
