Litigation Attorney Attorney Friendly Billable Structure ⌛ Up to $175K Base + Bonus Fort Lauderdale (Hybrid)
\n \nI am currently working with a National firm who are actively seeking multiple Litigation Attorneys to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires in their Practice for their South Florida office. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

- Pro-Rated Billable Target: Billable Target reductions influenced by Charity Events, Conferences, PTO and Sick Days – regularly reducing your target every week through these various events! \n
- Work alongside Industry Heavyweights: Firm is attracting stellar Insurance Experts from across the industry – hiring ranges from National Defense firms to Regional Premiere Boutiques! \n
The Role
\n- \n
- Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional liability, Product liability, Auto, and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution. \n
- Perform Strategic Legal Research: Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies. \n
- Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives. \n
- Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice. \n
