Senior Digital Product ManagerThe Senior Digital Product Manager is responsible for defining and delivering a best-in-class web experience that drives business outcomes, enhances client engagement, and supports global digital strategies. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle of capabilities on Invesco's public facing websites, from vision and roadmap through execution, optimization, and continuous improvement.Partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and regional stakeholders, you will prioritize initiatives based on client insights, data, and strategic objectives. All while ensuring the website platform (Adobe Experience Manager) is scalable, performant, and aligned with brand, accessibility, and regulatory standards across markets.Responsibilities of the role:Define and execute the website product strategy, vision, and multi-quarter roadmapTranslate business goals and user needs into prioritized product requirements and featuresLead cross-functional delivery with engineering, UX, and content teams in an agile environmentLeverage data (analytics, user research, A/B testing) to inform decisions and optimize performanceEnsure site performance, SEO, GEO and AEO, accessibility, and compliance standards are met globallyDrive platform evolution (e.g., CMS, personalization, integrations, martech stack)Partner with stakeholders across regions to align priorities and ensure successful launchesTrack KPIs such as engagement, conversion, uptime, and customer satisfactionRequirements of the role:7+ years Digital (Web/Mobile) product ownership experience requiredProven experience of working in the Adobe Experience Cloud environment a distinct advantageAgile product management, especially with large-scale, distributed web productsExperience using Jira/Confluence is preferredExperience in financial services/asset management or B2B preferredExperience with structured design, development, and implementation of new and established computing architecturesExperience with multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environmentsExceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiationQuickly comprehends the functions and capabilities of new technologyExcellent written and oral communications skills.The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $135,000 - $140,000 per year.
