Solatube Sales ConsultantCarolina Energy Conservation$100k+ OTETerritory: South Carolina 2 positions open MUST RESIDE IN EITHER COLUMBIA SC OR CHARLESTON SCPosition OverviewCarolina Energy Conservation is seeking a motivated Solatube Sales Consultant to sell Solatube daylighting systems and attic ventilation fans throughout South Carolina. This role receives company-provided leads, leads generated from company events, and is also responsible for canvassing and self-generating appointments.You will represent the brand at home shows, fairs, community expos, and company-sponsored marketing events, engaging attendees, educating them about our products, and booking on-site consultations. Features include:- Precision-engineered rooftop domes that maximize daylight capture.- Ultra-reflective tubing that delivers bright natural light deep into the home.- Decorative diffusers and enhancement products for customizable interior lighting.- Fast, clean, two-hour average installations.- Zero-energy lighting that improves home comfort and reduces utility dependence.Attic Ventilation & Attic Fans:Carolina Energy Conservation provides high-efficiency attic ventilation systems that improve home performance and HVAC longevity:- Solar-powered attic fans with no operating cost.- Electric fans for consistent airflow in low-sun zones.- Roof- and gable-mounted configurations for all home types.- Solutions that reduce attic heat, prevent moisture issues, and support overall energy efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management:- Conduct in-home assessments for daylighting and attic ventilation needs.- Present Solatube and ventilation solutions with confidence and educate homeowners on benefits.- Convert leads from company-provided appointments, company events, canvassing, and self-generated outreach.- Complete proposals, follow-ups, and CRM updates with accuracy.Company Events & Marketing Activation:- Attend home shows, community expos, fairs, and company-sponsored events.- Engage visitors, collect leads, and book appointments directly at events.- Represent Carolina Energy Conservation professionally and demonstrate strong product knowledge.Canvassing & Territory Development:- Perform door-to-door canvassing in targeted South Carolina neighborhoods.- Identify prospects and generate additional appointments.Customer Experience:- Provide a consultative experience for every homeowner.- Explain installation timelines and product expectations clearly.- Maintain professionalism in appearance and communication.Performance Expectations:- Meet weekly goals for appointments, sales, and canvassing activity.- Maintain accurate CRM documentation.- Participate in ongoing training.Qualifications: - Experience in home improvement sales, event sales, or canvassing preferred.- Strong communication and closing skills.- Ability to work in attic environments.- Willing to travel throughout South Carolina.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.- Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-only compensation.Compensation: - Commission-only with high earning potential.- Paid training provided.- Leads supplied through company events, marketing channels, and canvassing.Background and DMV Screening Required
