Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Supervisor | Manchester, NH About The Role Interim HealthCare of the Northeast is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Supervisor to join our Manchester, NH office. In this role, you'll supervise field clinicians, support patient care coordination, and help oversee home health operations across Manchester and the surrounding communities. This is a hybrid role — a mix of office-based supervision and hands‑on patient home visits — with full‑time, 40‑hour weekly scheduling and flexibility in daily start times.
