Claims Process Lead - Level20

As a claims process lead at Level20, you’ll lead the development of claims operations and service strategies for the launch of a new product being brought to market. In this role, you’ll partner across the organization to design scalable claims processes, establish operational best practices, and help build a high-performing claims organization from the ground up. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert on claims operations and industry best practices, providing strategic guidance that helps shape business decisions, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience. At Level20 ( and Progressive’s growth incubator, we fuel growth for the company through the exploration and development of new-to-market products. Our team has the backing of Progressive, which gives us access to a larger resource pool than a traditional start-up. This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland, OH (Office Location: 800 W St Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, OH 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday). If you live within 45 miles: this will be a hybrid role. You’ll work in our office location Tuesday – Thursday and you’ll have the option to work remotely Monday and Friday. If you live more than 45 miles away: this will be a hybrid role. You may work remotely except you’ll work in our office location every 4-6 weeks, Tuesday – Thursday. You may travel on Monday and Friday as necessary.
