Division Manager

We’re partnering with an industrial, civil, and power industry construction firm to hire a Division Manager to lead and scale operations in the Coastal market.

This is a leadership role responsible for driving profitability, project execution, and team performance across a portfolio of work.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all division operations including project management, estimating, financial performance, and business development
• Own P&L, forecasting, and cost control for the division
• Oversee multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest safety and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners
• Drive new business and repeat work through performance and relationships
• Hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams of PMs, superintendents, and staff
• Establish and execute both short- and long-term strategic plans for growth

What You Bring

• 10+ years in construction management with 5+ years in management
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-project operations
• Strong financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, budgeting)
• Track record of business development and client relationship management
• Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance

This role would require travel between Charleston and Jacksonville, with staff primarily in Savannah.
