Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Bilingual Box Truck Delivery Driver position for a local Caddo Mills, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

Deliver HVAC equipment and tools to job sites using a box truck, ensuring items are transported safely, on time, and without damage
Assist the installation crew on-site by moving equipment and preparing the job site as needed
Follow all safety regulations, maintain accurate delivery logs, and communicate clearly with the team
Use company-provided hand trucks, dollies, basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers), tie-downs, and tarps to secure and handle deliveries
Use a smartphone or tablet to receive schedules, update job status, and communicate with dispatch
Regularly lift up to 75 lbs.

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Proven box truck driving experience
Strong understanding of safe driving practices and efficient route navigation
Basic mechanical knowledge helpful for handling and moving equipment
Excellent time management for prompt and accurate deliveries
Ability to solve problems on the job and adapt under pressure
Detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable
Strong team player who communicates clearly with coworkers and supervisor
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb as needed
Must have a Valid DL!
