$55,000 - commission only - based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance your industry knowledge and skills.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in the preparation of insurance quotes and policy documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice to clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey complex information clearly.

• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry, with a commitment to continuous professional development.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and maintain accurate records.

• Familiarity with financial products and services, particularly in insurance, is a plus.

• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that align with their financial goals.

• Must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License

• No prior experience required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must pass a background check

• Must be authorized to work and currently reside in the United States

• DFW-area candidates preferred; remote opportunities available for qualified applicants nationwide
