Senior Manager, Health Care Compliance Officer

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager of Healthcare Compliance Officer to provide strategic leadership for compliance within its Vision business across multiple U.S. locations. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to healthcare fraud and abuse laws, advertising regulations, and developing sustainable compliance programs that enable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic compliance leadership and oversight for Johnson & Johnson Vision U.S. businesses
- Partner with senior leaders on business initiatives, commercialization strategies, and emerging models to ensure compliant execution
- Lead design and implementation of process changes translating compliance requirements into sustainable business practices
- Oversee management action plans from monitoring, audits, and investigations; track progress and escalate unresolved risks
- Support drafting and review of business policies, procedures, and guidance; ensure effective communication and implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, law, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive healthcare compliance, legal, regulatory, or risk management experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws (Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Sunshine Act)
- Demonstrated leadership in complex, matrixed commercial organizations
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive compliant decisions in fast-paced environments
- Deep expertise in compliance frameworks, due diligence, monitoring, and operational risk management
