Job Overview The Vendor Paid Stock Colleague is responsible for all functions related to the flow of new merchandise for the brand. The role includes completion of other operational tasks as needed, fulfillment, and performing additional duties as required. Full‑time colleagues typically work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues usually work 12‑24 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. What You Will Do Be proficient in POS and MPOS systems. Assist customers who use devices to shop and compare. Provide exceptional customer service and satisfy the needs of digital and physical customers, including making appropriate partnerships when necessary. Complete the general shipment process in accordance with productivity standards and ensure floor readiness. Assist the CSX Manager with the movement of case line assortment for new product and seasonal changes. Replenish stock onto the sales floor and assist with inventory processes. Participate in stockroom maintenance, organization, and housekeeping. Process damages, transfers, and returns to vendor merchandise. Maintain high customer readiness standards by delivering a clean, neat, easy‑to‑shop store environment. Follow shortage programs and procedures related to receiving. Adhere to Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures. Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality. Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. Who You Are No formal education or experience required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers. Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Self‑starter who works well independently as well as part of a team. Capable of working a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays. Essential Physical Requirements Lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders. Reaching above eye level and crouching, kneeling, stooping. Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
