Bookkeeper/Accountant

Accountant / Bookkeeper / Sales & Use Tax (LONG-TERM CONTRACT) Step into a stable manufacturing operation covering a maternity leave, where you'll keep the accounting engine running for a well-established, family-owned luxury brand. - 6+ month contract role with strong potential for permanent

- Weekly pay via direct deposit or a pay card
- $25 - $31/hour, depending on experience
- Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions
- Assist with sales/use tax reporting
- Help prepare and clean up aging reports
- Support month-end close processes
- Step in on journal entries and ad hoc accounting needs as they arise
- Work alongside the AR Specialist and report to the Credit/AR Manager
- Adapt quickly to existing systems and workflows with minimal ramp-up
- Sales and use tax experience
- Strong bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Comfortable with ERP systems and learning new platforms
- Advanced Excel skills
- Highly detail-oriented and able to work independently
