Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (equivalent to salary focus; salary range $280,000 - $360,000 annually)

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to diverse patients.
• Manage gynecologic consultations referred from primary care and midwives.
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures and advanced laparoscopic surgeries.
• Maintain surgical volume in a facility with three new operating rooms.
• Assist in uncomplicated deliveries and share in a manageable on-call rotation.
• Participate in home births offering VBACs, water births, nitrous oxide, and 24-hour epidurals.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, certified nurse midwives, nurses, and medical assistants.
• Practice in a supportive environment committed to evidence-based care and reproductive rights.

What You Need

• Vermont Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
• Board Certification/Eligibility in OB/GYN
• Prior OB/GYN experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
