• Start Date: Flexible upon agreement
• End Date/Duration: Full-time, ongoing
• Shift: 3-4 clinic days per week + OR days, manageable call schedule (1 in 4 rotation)
• Hours/Week: Approximately 36-40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-time hospital-employed
• License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Experience: Prior OB/GYN clinical experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $280,000 $360,000 annually, based on experience and internal considerations
• Additional Compensation: Extra pay for call beyond scheduled rotation

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population
• Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and midwives
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
• Maintain surgical volume with access to newly equipped operating rooms
• Engage in minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgeries
• Provide backup obstetric services, including uncomplicated deliveries
• Participate in labor and delivery with a supportive birth center offering VBACs, water births, and epidurals
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, midwives, NPs, nurses, and medical staff
• Practice evidence-based OB/GYN care in a state with strong reproductive rights
• Contribute to a long-standing, stable team with low staff turnover

What You Need

• Medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Minimum of 0+ years of clinical OB/GYN experience preferred
• Strong surgical and patient management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
