• Pay: Salary range $300,000 – $400,000 annually (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urologic conditions such as kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and urinary infections
• Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms, including pre- and post-operative care
• Provide hospital and ER consultations in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care
• Maintain thorough documentation, adhere to hospital policies, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with the latest advancements in urology
• Engage in a light call schedule, covering the hospital approximately 7 days per month

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Vermont or ability to obtain one
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in urology
• Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
