Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (equivalent annual salary $300,000 - $400,000)

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and manage various urologic conditions including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and urinary infections
• Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms with pre- and post-operative care
• Provide hospital and ER consults, collaborating with other specialists
• Work closely with an established urology team and nurse practitioner
• Participate in a light call schedule (~7 days/month)
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatment options
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with hospital policies and regulations
• Engage in quality improvement and ongoing professional development

What You Need:

• Valid Vermont Medical License or eligible for licensure
• 1+ years of relevant Urology experience
• Strong clinical skills and patient communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
