What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urologic conditions including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and urinary tract infections
• Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms with preoperative and postoperative care
• Provide hospital and emergency room consultations in collaboration with other specialists
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive health measures
• Document accurately and adhere to hospital policies, state regulations, and professional standards
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and professional development
• Collaborate closely with an established urology team in a single-site practice

What You Need

• Valid State Medical License in Vermont or eligibility to obtain it
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in urology (not open to new grads)
• Strong diagnostic and surgical skills in urology
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
