Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $300,000 - $350,000 annually (determined by experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct hospital-based medical care, including admissions, rounding, and discharges
• Diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Coordinate patient care and ensure smooth transitions
• Respond to emergencies such as codes and rapid response situations
• Manage ventilator support as needed
• Document all clinical encounters thoroughly in the EMR
• Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and care plans

What You Need

• Valid VT medical license and DEA certification
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
