Position Overview: The Outside Sales Manager is a dynamic leadership role responsible for accelerating business growth while supporting operational success. Combining strategic sales efforts with hands-on service leadership, this position is ideal for a motivated professional who can develop new business opportunities, lead by example, and ensure exceptional service delivery within the commercial cleaning industry. As the company's primary representative in the local market, this individual will build strong client relationships, manage accounts, coordinate service execution, and promote a culture of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development (≈65%)
• Identify and pursue new commercial clients through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase service offerings.
• Perform live demonstrations of services (e.g., carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning).
• Develop proposals and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat and recurring revenue.
• Operations & Service Delivery (≈35%)
• Perform hands-on cleaning and restoration services as needed to ensure quality standards.
• Create work orders and coordinate with technicians for accurate service execution.
• Conduct quality control inspections and follow up with clients post-service.
• Assist with scheduling, resource planning, and day-to-day operations.
• Support and guide a small team to maintain service excellence.

Requirements:

• Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the commercial cleaning industry (required).
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or service-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, floor care, and restoration services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead operational activities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for growth and high performance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
