Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care throughout the recovery process.

Maintain accurate and timely records adhering to pertinent regulations and organizational standards.

Commit to ongoing professional development and stay attuned to advancements in the speech-language field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) by ASHA.

Essential Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hiring.

Expertise in evidence-based practices for diverse age groups, including a strong grasp of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding communication skills with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.

Ability to modify therapy methods to respect cultural and linguistic diversity.

Sound clinical judgment and adept problem-solving abilities.
