HR Operations Manager

As a full-time salaried HR Operations Manager, the successful candidate will manage payroll and benefits administration, ensure compliance with HR policies, and lead the HR operations team while working onsite in Natchitoches, LA. Key responsibilities Oversee payroll operations and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives in collaboration with the VP of Human Resources Manage HR policies, onboarding processes, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring regulatory compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations with a focus on payroll and benefits administration In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple states Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with strong analytical abilities
