We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial assets. This Contract position requires someone who is detail oriented and can balance tenant service, operational oversight, and financial coordination while maintaining strong property performance. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to day-to-day management, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep multiple sites running efficiently and in compliance with lease obligations. Responsibilities:

• Direct the day-to-day management of multiple commercial properties, with a focus on operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and overall asset performance.

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and fostering positive ongoing relationships.

• Oversee third-party vendors, routine maintenance, and larger improvement projects to ensure work is completed on time and to expected standards.

• Perform recurring site inspections to verify property conditions, identify issues proactively, and confirm adherence to company expectations and lease terms.

• Manage lease-related administration, including tracking compliance requirements, maintaining tenant records, and coordinating renewals or modifications.

• Work closely with accounting partners on budgets, billing matters, reconciliations, and other financial activities tied to property operations.

• Respond to urgent property issues outside standard business hours and coordinate timely resolution when emergencies arise.

• Partner with leasing and support teams to advance occupancy objectives, facilitate tenant improvements, and execute operational priorities.

• Maintain organized records for contracts, reports, service agreements, and other key property documentation while ensuring policy and safety compliance.

• At least 5 years of experience managing commercial properties.
• Solid understanding of commercial lease administration, building operations, and property oversight best practices.
• Proven ability to manage vendor partnerships, service providers, and maintenance programs effectively.
• Experience handling tenant communications, dispute resolution, and customer service matters with professionalism.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and collaboration with property accounting functions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to oversee multiple properties and deadlines at once.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between property locations as needed.
