Route Optimization Specialist Are you passionate about optimizing operations and driving efficiency across service delivery? Responsibilities Coordinating preparation and availability of equipment, tools, products, and spares based on job requirements and technical plans Optimizing asset utilization by aligning with AMO capacity, inventory availability, and supply chain capabilities Supporting planning and execution of service delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient job completion Collaborating closely with AMO teams, Service Delivery Coordinators, and Material Management teams Monitoring inventory levels and supporting sourcing plans to ensure material availability Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, logistics, and resource allocation Ensuring compliance with company HSE, quality, and operational standards Qualifications Have experience in service delivery, operations planning, logistics, or inventory management Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills Have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Have strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Have a good understanding of asset utilization, supply chain processes, and operational planning Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills Benefits & Work Environment This role may require flexibility to align with operational schedules and business needs. This position requires valid work authorization in the country of employment. The employer is unable to sponsor work authorization for this role at any time. You will be eligible to participate in Company-sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare programs and the Thrift Plan (401k). You will have a choice of coverage options that best suit your needs. Coverage options and contribution amounts are related to your benefit elections, base salary level, and specific requirements of each of these plans. You will be eligible to participate in the Baker Hughes Short-term incentive plan applicable for the above position. The actual payout for your short-term incentive award will be based on company and individual performance and is contingent upon Baker Hughes achieving pre-determined financial results.
