About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key business partner, driving the company's financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth initiatives. This executive leadership role requires a strategic and results-driven individual with a strong business acumen and the ability to influence decisions at the highest levels of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, developing and executing long-term financial plans, and ensuring that all financial activities align with the overall business objectives. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading all accounting, finance, treasury, FP&A, HR, and compliance functions, as well as evaluating and executing mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, a CPA designation, and a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in finance and accounting. Extensive experience in M&A, particularly with private equity-backed organizations, is essential, as is a proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. The CFO will also be expected to lead organizational growth, transformational initiatives, and process improvement efforts to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
