Role Description The Marketing Assistant is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dallas, TX. This position supports marketing and sales initiatives by assisting with market research, preparing promotional materials, and coordinating campaigns. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include communicating with clients and internal teams, helping manage customer inquiries, updating CRM and tracking systems, and supporting sales presentations and events. The Marketing Assistant also contributes to reporting on campaign performance, maintaining organized documentation, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a consistent brand message and high‑quality customer experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Candidates should possess market research skills, such as gathering data, analyzing trends, and summarizing insights to support campaigns. Candidates should possess customer service skills, including professionalism, problem‑solving, and the ability to build positive relationships. Candidates should possess sales and sales & marketing skills, with an understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and basic marketing principles. Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational and time‑management skills, proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM systems, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
