Accounting Clerk – Rancho Cucamonga, CAWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our finance department, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting a variety of accounting functions. If you enjoy working with numbers and have strong problem-solving skills, we’d love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing financial statements and reportsMaintain and update accounting records and filesProcess invoices, payments, and other financial transactionsReconcile bank statements and resolve discrepanciesSupport month-end and year-end closing processesProvide documentation during audits as neededCommunicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiriesPerform data entry and ensure accuracy in financial databasesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred)Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar roleFamiliarity with QuickBooks and MS Office SuiteStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamClear and professional communication skills (verbal & written)Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practicesBenefitsMedical insurancePaid time off401(K) retirement planDirect deposit & pay card optionsEmployee Perks ProgramFortuna (wages on demand)You should be proficient in:Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR) #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
