Schedule

Shifts: 5x8s or 4x10s; Weekend requirement: Yes — every other weekend.

Assignment Details

Assignment length: 13- or 26-week contracts; Guaranteed hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks (traveler may be called off for one 18-hour shift per 2 weeks).

Requirements

• License: LMSW (state license required). Pending licenses accepted with application for a temporary license.
• Degree: Master's in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience required; first-time travelers not accepted.
• Core clinical skills include psychosocial/biopsychosocial assessment, discharge planning, brief clinical intervention/crisis intervention, safety planning/suicide screening, care coordination/resource linkage, and mandatory reporting.
• Charting system: Epic.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments and discharge planning.
• Provide brief clinical interventions and conduct resource navigation.
• Implement suicide screening and safety planning.
• Ensure mandatory reporting and coordinate with RN case managers and interdisciplinary teams.
