HIRING: FRONT DESK AGENT & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Summit Resort Group | Full-time or Part-time | In person $25-$29
Join our busy property management team serving HOAs, vacation, long-term and seasonal rentals, real estate, and HOA property care.
Duties
Welcome guests and owners, answer/direct calls, manage reservations, monitor and follow up on emails, Administrative assistant duties, showings, some field work required.
Requirements
Motivated, positive, professional communicator with strong multitasking, organization, and computer skills. Microsoft Office proficiency required; Access, V12/Escapia, HomeAway, VRBO, App Folio, and Airbnb experience preferred. Ongoing training and cross-training provided.
Schedule
Set schedule including weekends.
Office hours
Mon.–Fri. 8–6, Sat. 9–5, Sun. 10–4.
