You oversee program operations, guide your leadership team, and ensure services are safe, inclusive, and high quality. - Lead and oversee early childhood programs, including preschool and Early Head Start, to ensure safe, inclusive environments
- Support and develop management staff, while guiding teachers and strengthening family and community partnerships
- Manage program operations, budgets, enrollment, and reporting to meet the needs of children and families
- Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and federal program standards
- Experience leading early childhood programs and supporting children ages 0-5 and their families
- A collaborative leader who values family engagement, staff development, and inclusive learning environments
- Someone organized and dependable who can manage programs, budgets, and regulatory expectations
- A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
