Available Shifts

1st Shift

• Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Overtime: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday-Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Overtime: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines.
• Load programs and make basic CNC edits as needed.
• Select the correct materials, nozzles, assist gases, and cutting parameters.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read blueprints and work from production schedules.
• Track production and maintain accurate records.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Safely handle materials using overhead cranes and other shop equipment.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating laser cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely lift and move metal materials throughout the shift.
• Technical or vocational training in CNC machining or manufacturing is a plus.
