Senior Accountant

Compensation: $95k - $105k + Unlimited PTO Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting and general ledger activities for multiple operating locations. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close deliverables. Analyze financial results and investigate variances to ensure accuracy and completeness. Partner with operations leaders to explain financial performance and support business decisions. Assist with the integration of newly acquired businesses, including process standardization and financial reporting. Support continuous improvement initiatives, internal controls, and accounting processes. Collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced growth environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 6+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong general ledger and month‑end close experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Multi‑site or multi‑location accounting experience. Experience in smaller, entrepreneurial companies where employees wear multiple hats. NetSuite experience, including ERP implementations or system conversions.
