Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to support key accounting operations, reporting activities, and close processes within a dynamic and collaborative environment. This individual will work closely with finance leadership to help maintain accurate records, produce reliable financial information, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and controls. This Role Offers Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus potential Comprehensive healthcare coverage for employees and dependents Retirement plan with company contribution Modern office environment in a prime location Strong work life balance with consistent daytime schedule Onsite wellness amenities and a collaborative team culture Opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of entities and financial structures Focus Manage recurring close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting deliverablesAnalyze account activity, research variances, and communicate findings to finance leadership Partner with teams involved in payables, receivables, payroll, and cash activity to support accurate transactional accounting Assist with financial statement support, reporting packages, and audit preparation Help strengthen internal controls, accounting documentation, and process consistency across the department Contribute to workflow improvements, system optimization efforts, and reporting efficiency initiatives Skill Set Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3 to 6 + years of progressive accounting experience Hands-on experience with month-end close and account reconciliations Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices Advanced Excel skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and validate financial data High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Preferred Qualifications CPA or active progress toward certification Background in public accounting Experience with NetSuite or another ERP platform Exposure to audit support and financial statement preparation Industry experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or investment environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Blue-Signal-Search
