Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, faculty, and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students' needs
- Effective time management, reliability, and adaptability within a school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with their individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and other specialists to support student goals
- Document progress, session notes, and assessments accurately and promptly
- Share effective strategies and resources with school personnel to foster student participation and access
- Attend team meetings as necessary, contributing professional insights for student success
