Position Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

This position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and providing individualized therapy services to help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve functional independence.

This opportunity is ideal for both new graduates and experienced Physical Therapists looking to work in a collaborative healthcare environment focused on patient-centered care.

 

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary Range: $89,440 – $124,800 annually
• $8,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Competitive compensation based on experience

 

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and functional outcomes
• Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care

 

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Washington State Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

 

Experience

• Less than 1 year of experience required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
