This role is critical to ensuring quality, accuracy, and successful delivery across all testing phases. Job Type: contract (12‑18 months) Location: remote Compensation: $90‑111/hr No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role What You’ll Do end‑to‑end testing strategy and execution across all phases including SIT, UAT, regression, and post‑go‑live validation. Partner with Program Management and implementation partners to align testing activities with project timelines, milestones, and risks. Coordinate across testing teams, developers, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure clear communication and issue resolution. Oversee defect management lifecycle, including tracking, prioritization, escalation, and resolution with development teams. Establish testing governance, standards, and reporting to ensure quality, accountability, and transparency across the program. What Gets You the Job Proven experience as a Test Director or Test Lead on at least one full‑cycle Workday implementation. Strong understanding of Workday modules, integrations, and enterprise testing methodologies. Experience managing complex testing timelines and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and workstreams. Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Experience working with implementation partners and large‑scale HRIS or ERP transformation programs.
