Opportunity Highlights Location: Near Great Falls, MT Pay: $128,000 $142,000/year $15K Sign-On Bonus Primary Care Senior Patient Population Full-Time Opportunity ️ Well, Acute & Chronic Care In-Clinic + Telehealth Home Visits as Needed ️ Malpractice Coverage 401(k) with Company Match + Comprehensive Benefits PTO, Paid Holidays & Parental Leave CE & Professional Development License, DEA, Board & BLS Reimbursement Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM MT No Nights or Weekends Daily Responsibilities As an FNP, you ll manage a panel of senior patients and provide comprehensive primary care, including wellness visits, acute and chronic disease management, physical exams, screenings, medication management, diagnostic testing, and preventive care. You ll also develop treatment plans, make specialist referrals, conduct post-hospital follow-ups, provide patient education, coordinate care with the clinical team, and maintain accurate EHR documentation and HCC coding.
