Job Description
A community healthcare facility near Helena, Montana is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join its outpatient clinic team!

Pay: $25.38 - $37.73 / hourly

Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
Day shift; Monday through Friday schedule
No holidays or call responsibilities
$5,000 retention bonus

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

Support physicians and providers with patient care, clinical procedures, and administrative duties
Provide direct patient care and clinical support within an outpatient clinic setting
Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and diagnostic testing
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a high standard of patient care

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

Must have or be willing to obtain a Montana LPN license or Compact license
Previous outpatient clinic experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
