Front Desk Coordinator with Dental Assistant Background

Long established, private Dental practice, we are looking for an organized, efficient, and friendly person to join our team ASAP. f you are a friendly, warm and upbeat, team-oriented person looking for a long term, rewarding career this practice could be your new home.
Experience is preferred but not required. We offer training on everything that is needed.
- Answering phones
- Checking patients in & out
- Collecting Payments
- Scheduling patients for their next appointment
- Verify patients' insurance benefit.
- Handling all patient correspondence/emails
- Introduce our office to surrounding businesses, community groups, and schools in the City of Huntington Beach and neighboring cities.
- Build and develop relationships in the community
- Other administrative tasks as needed
