Product Manager (Events Demand Gen)

Responsibilities On a day-to-day basis, you will: Plan and execute event strategy Define and deliver a US event program aligned with business priorities (AI, Neo Cloud, enterprise and service provider segments) Own end-to-end execution of trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and webinars Drive demand generation through events Design event campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate opportunities Collaborate closely with sales to align on target accounts, objectives, and post-event follow-up Develop messaging and content Create compelling, top-of-funnel marketing content including messaging and value propositions, speaking abstracts and submissions, email and social media campaigns Ensure consistency of messaging across channels and audiences Manage event logistics and operations Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution Manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables Own social media and digital amplification for events Plan and execute event-related social media campaigns before, during, and after events Maximize reach, engagement, and attendance through digital channels Collaborate cross-functionally Partner with product marketing, technical experts, regional marketing teams, and external partners Ensure alignment between event messaging and product priorities Measure and optimize performance Track event KPIs including attendance, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI Use insights and data to continuously improve event strategy and execution Qualifications Most important: You understand how events drive business impact You bring strong experience in event marketing and demand generation, preferably in B2B technology You are a highly organized project manager who can manage multiple complex events simultaneously You have a strong marketing foundation, including campaigns, messaging, and digital channels (email, social) You are a strong communicator and writer, able to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging marketing content You have a collaborative mindset, working effectively across sales, product, and marketing teams You are data-driven, with the ability to measure performance and optimize ROI You are a self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment Nice to have: Experience in networking, cloud, security, or AI infrastructure markets Familiarity with service providers, enterprise IT, or data center ecosystems Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field are preferred 5-7 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation roles Careers Privacy Statement Keysight Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. California Pay Range: MIN $149,850- MAX $249,750 Colorado Pay Range: MIN $138,750 - MAX $231,250 Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.
