Responsibilities Leading the Planning Fleet: You will be overseeing a team of infrastructure planners, ensuring every rack and kilowatt is accounted for across our global estate. Strategic Lease Management: You will be the lead negotiator for new and existing colocation leases, ensuring our site selections align with our ultra‑low latency requirements. High‑Level Project Orchestration: You will be tracking massive infrastructure build‑outs from inception to "ready‑for‑service," managing external contractors with surgical precision. Active Planning: While you lead the team, you will be acting as a hands‑on Lead Planner for our most critical, high‑density GPU deployments. Skills/Must have Infrastructure Strategy: Proven track record in Capacity Planning and Datacenter Strategy, ideally within HFT, Cloud, or Hyperscale environments. Lease & Contract Expertise: Deep experience in colocation lease structures (MSAs/SLAs) and the ability to manage complex vendor/contractor relationships. Project Management: Mastery of project tracking tools and the ability to translate technical requirements into executive‑level roadmaps.
