What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofing and exterior storm damage
• Educate customers on roofing solutions and the insurance restoration process
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-supported leads
• Guide homeowners from the initial inspection through project completion
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Represent Committed 365 Roofing with professionalism and integrity
  

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve personal and financial goals
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  

Training & Work Environment

Our office is located in Waite Park, MN. New team members attend training at our office before transitioning to a field-based role. Once training is complete, you'll spend your time meeting with homeowners in your assigned territory rather than working from the office.
