PRN Physical Therapist
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, and discharge planning. Communicate effectively, build collaborative relationships, and take initiative for professional growth. Ensure a positive patient experience and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, current Basic Life Support certification, valid Texas license or temporary license, and at least 1 year of licensed PT experience.
Work varies with a minimum of two weekend days per month; responsible for direct and indirect patient care, adhering to Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules.
Accountability, proactive attitude, engagement, and commitment to continuous improvement in patient care and team collaboration.
