Assembler OpportunitySURESTAFF is immediately hiring Assemblers for a client in Libertyville, IL. Assemblers are responsible for building, wiring, and inspecting lighting fixtures and related components to ensure each product meets company quality and safety standards.SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).Available shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-FridayResponsibilities of the Assembler:Assemble lighting fixtures, brackets, wiring harnesses, and related parts according to production instructions and schematicsPerform basic electrical wiring, fastening, and labeling componentsInspect assembled parts for quality and accuracy before packagingUse hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectivelyMeet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining qualityAssist with inventory control and material handling when neededRequired Qualifications of the Assembler:High school diploma or equivalentPrior manufacturing or assembly experience preferredAbility to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and work ordersBasic mechanical and electrical aptitudeStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.Experience in lighting or electrical assembly preferredBasic understanding of different lens types (clear, frosted, diffused, etc.)About SurestaffAt Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
