Highlights Location: Edison, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Perform age and disease specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Identify patient/family education needs based on age and disease. Develop a plan of care that prescribes strategies and interventions. Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team. Implement age and disease specific care in an organized manner. Perform continuous Point-of-Care electronic documentation. Administer medications utilizing advancements in bar-scanning technology.
