Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) (RN):

• Help train, teach, and monitor nurses.
• Manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
• Ensure nursing staff follows departmental procedures and policies.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
• Conduct patient rounds and address complaints.

Requirements for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) (RN):

• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
